System Trial
Selecting the right vehicle tracking system for your requirements is an important decision, which is why we offer several easy ways of evaluating our service. As a first step, please try our online demonstration.
The best way of evaluating the benefit of our system to your business, however, is to carry out a trial with one of your own vehicles. We can normally arrange this with a few days notice, at a cost of just £295 plus VAT - which is fully refundable if you decide to lease or purchase more systems from us.
Here’s what is included in the system trial:
- Installation and setting up of the system in one of your vehicles
- Your own username and password details to access reports and route mapping on our web site
- Daily e-mail reports of your vehicle's movements, showing exact locations, times, average speeds etc
- Detailed reporting of vehicle itinerary information on our on-line map reports
- Real-time ‘live’ tracking - showing you exactly where the vehicle is at any time, from any pc
- Quartix technical support - to help you get the most from the system
The trial period is normally four weeks, but this can be extended for a monthly fee of £42+VAT for longer if required. You may stop the trial at any point, and your obligation is simply the initial trial fee together with the cost of any extended period (as quoted above) up until the day that you give us notice to terminate.
